imaxRC B6 Pro multi-functional balance charge is a rapid charger with a high performance MCU.
Optimized user interface
When charging or discharging, B6 Pro  has an “AUTO” function that sets the feeding current automatically. Especially for Lithium batteries, it can prevent the over-charging that can lead to an explosion by user’s fault. Every program in the unit is controlled with mutual links and communication for every possible error for maximum safety. These can be set at user’s option.
Special recharge plugs port for receiver, transmitter and igniter charger. And for frequently used charger port such as multi purpose crocodile pin etc.
It provides most convenient balance port for Lithium batteries, with separated 2,3,4,5,6 charge port, and external reverse connector.
High-power and high-performance circuit
B6 Pro  employs the circuit that has maximum output power of 50W. As a result it can charge or discharge up to 15 cells of NiCd/NiMH and 6 series of Lithium batteries with maximum current of 5.0A. Furthermore the cooling system is so efficient that can hold such a power without any trouble of running the CPU or the operating program.
Individual voltage balance for Lithium batteries inside
B6 Pro  has an individual-cell-voltage balancer inside. This does not require any extra balancer when charging Lithium batteries (Lilo/LiPo/LiFe) for cell voltage balancing.
Balance individual cells on discharge
B6 Pro  also can monitor and balance individual cells of the Lithium battery pack during the discharge progress. If the voltage of any one cell varies abnormally, the process will be stopped with the error message.
Suitable for various types of Lithium batteries
B6 Pro  can accept three types of Lithium batteries-Lilo, LiPo and LiFe. They have different characteristics by their chemistry. You can select any one of them that you are going to process before the job. For their specifications, refer “Warnings and safety notes” section.
Lithium battery “Fast” and “Storage” mode
You can charge Lithium battery for special purposes. “Fast” charge reduces the charging time of Lithium battery and “Storage” mode controls the final voltage of the battery to be suit for long time storage.
Maximum safety
Delta-peak sensitivity: the automatic charge termination program works on the principle of the Delta-peak voltage detection.
Auto-charge current linit: when charging Nicd or NiMH at “AUTO” current mode, you can set the upper limit of charge current to avoid from high current charging. This is very useful when charging the low impedance and small capacity NiMH battery in “AUTO” mode.
Capacity limit: the charging capacity always calculated by multiple of the charging current and time. If the charging capacity exceeds the limit the process will be terminated automatically when you set the maximum value.
Temperature limit: the temperature of the battery on charging will rise by its internal chemical reaction. If you set the limit of temperature the process will be expired forcibly when the limit has reached.
Processing time limit: you can also restrain the maximum process time to prevent from any possible defect.
Input power monitor: to protect the car battery using as input power from being damaged the voltage of it always monitored. If it drops below the lower limit the process will be ended automatically.
Data store/load
For users convenience it can store maximum 10 data of different batteries. You can establish the data contains program setting of the battery to charge or discharge continually. These data can be called out at any time you need and the process can be executed without program setting.
Cyclic charging/discharging
Perform 1 to 5 of charge/discharge or discharge/charge continually for battery refreshing and balancing.
PC based analysis using USB communication
For technical expert, B6 Pro  offers PC based program can analysis the characteristic of the battery by USB adaptor. It shows a graph of voltage, current, capacity and temperature curves. It also shows the individual voltage of each cell in the Lithium battery pack.(*PC analysis software and USB adaptor, link wire are not included, sold separately.)

Five kinds of wires are provided with the B6 charger. You can charge and discharge your battery easily with these wires.

Traxxas Days

Op 16 Mei zal de eerste Traxxas days 2010 verreden worden op het circuit van de MVW. Er zal gestreden worden in 3 klasses: Stock Slash 2wd, Pro Slash, en Rookie offroad. De opzet is om rijders met een Traxxas model bij elkaar te brengen voor een leuk dagje racen op een circuit. Wie beide dagen meegereden heeft dingt mee voor leuke prijzen tijdens de tombola op de MVB op 4 Juli. 

Klasses:

Stock Slash 2wd: Ideale klasse voor beginners en gevorderden. Standaard uit de doos en racen!

Pro Slash: Voor rijders die iets meer power in hun Slash hebben.  Zowel voor Slash 2wd als 4x4

Rookie Offroad: Bedoeld voor beginnende rijders die eens op een circuit willen rijden. Iedereen met een Bandit, Rustler, Stampede, Slash en 1/16 E-

Revo/ Slash kan meedoen.

E-Revo/ E-max: Deze klasse wordt alleen op 16 Mei verreden op de MVW in Purmerend.

De circuits:
16 Mei MVW (Purmerend )
MVW heeft een prachtig circuit met een ondergrond van kunstgras. Dit zorgt ervoor dat je auto na een dag rijden nog helemaal schoon is en zorg ook nog eens voor veel grip. De baan is snel en met grote jumps en technische stukken is dit een zeer uitdagend circuit.

4 Juli MVB ( Bergschenhoek ) Het MVB circuit in het Lage Bergsche Bos tussen Rotterdam en Bergschenhoek is een permanent 1:10 elektro off-road circuit. Het is gelegen op een mooie locatie middenin het bos. Het circuit is een echt off-road circuit met uitdagende jumps en een klei ondergrond. Kijk op de site voor een routebeschrijving.

Reglementen 

Stock Slash 2wd: Standaard Slash 2wd auto uit de doos zonder modificaties aan onderdelen. Gebruik van eigen zender/ontvanger en servo is toegestaan. Ook mag de originele stekker vervangen worden voor iets anders. Auto moet gebruik maken van de standaard motor en banden. Accu 7.2 sub c of 7.4 hardcase/ softcase Lipo

Pro Slash: De slash mag voorzien worden van een snellere motor en regelaar.  Zowel Slash 2wd als Slash 4x4 zijn toegestaan. Banden moeten standaard Traxxas Slash 2wd of 4x4 zijn, en auto mag voorzien worden van Traxxas option parts. Accu 7.2 sub c of 7.4 hardcase/ softcase Lipo

Rookie Offroad: Deze klasse is bedoeld voor beginners die eens op een circuit willen rijden. Er kan met de volgende modellen gereden worden: Bandit, Rustler, Stampede, Slash en 1/16 E-Revo/Slash. Er zijn verder geen beperkingen zodat iedereen in deze klasse kan meedoen.

E-Revo/ E-max: Geen beperkingen.. Elke E-revo en E-Max kan meedoen.. Ongeacht welke motor/regelaar, banden, enz..  Deze klasse wordt alleen op 16 Mei verreden op de MVW in Purmerend.

Kosten voor deelname per event bedraagt 5 Euro.

Er zijn op beide clubs leentransponders aanwezig om gebruik te maken van een leentransponder betaald men 5 euro per event.

 Om 8:00 gaan de circuits open en vanaf 9 uur kan er aangemeld worden. Je kan s'ochtends trainen tot 9:30
De start van de eerste heat zal zo rond 10 uur zijn.
Rond 17:00 zal de prijsuitreiking plaatsvinden.
